Celebrating 125 years of BSI
The 2026 Standards Conference will be celebrating 125 years of BSI. We will look back on the impact standards have had over the last 125 years, whilst also looking forward and considering how standards can continue to foster a fair society and a sustainable world in the years ahead.

- Opportunity to network with a wide range of experts and stakeholders from industry, academia, government, standardization and more.
BSI Impact Awards
We will also be holding the annual Standards Awards Ceremony, in which standards-makers and BSI customers will be recognized for their unwavering commitment to the production and implementation of standards.

The Standards Conference will include the BSI Annual General Meeting (AGM)
Everyone is welcome to attend the AGM, which features presentations from our Chief Executive, Susan Taylor Martin, and Director-General Standards, Scott Steedman, covering BSI’s strategy and performance, current priorities, and emerging trends in standards.
Subscribing Members or their representatives will be asked to vote on formal AGM resolutions, in accordance with our Bye-laws.
