What to expect and why you should attend the AGM

The AGM is an important date in the BSI calendar, and we’d love you to join us. You’ll hear from our CEO Susan Taylor Martin and our Director-General Standards Scott Steedman about BSI’s activities, achievements, and news and trends from world of standards. You can also take part in questions and engage in discussions about the future of BSI.

If you are a voting member, you can vote on behalf of your organization in the official business of the AGM. While you’re there, you can network with other members over lunch and hear from speakers at our Standards Conference.

Why attend?

  • Gain insights into our progress and future goals
  • Participate in our voting process (if you are a voting member)
  • Network with fellow members, standards-makers and our leadership team
  • Have your questions answered in an open forum

Who can attend? Who can vote during the AGM?

Anyone can attend the AGM and Standards Conference. Only members with voting rights can vote during the AGM. If your organization has a BSI Membership subscription, but unsure who in your organization holds voting rights, or if you’re unable to attend and would like to assign your voting rights to someone else, please reach out to us at cservices@bsigroup.com. We're happy to assist and ensure your voice is represented on the day.
