Find out how PAS 9980 supports a consistent approach to appraisals
If you assess, manage, own, design, insure, or remediate residential buildings with external wall systems, PAS 9980 matters to your work.
The 2026 revision of PAS 9980 marks a significant update to the way external wall construction and cladding is appraised in existing blocks of flats.
This free, live webinar helps you understand what has changed, why it has changed and how the revised approach supports more proportionate, risk-based decisions. You’ll hear from BSI, MHCLG and the lead technical author of the revision as they explore the updates to the PAS, the policy context around external wall remediation and the practical implications for those responsible for building safety.
Whether you’re a fire engineer, surveyor, managing agent, building owner, housing provider, designer, or consultant, this session gives you important insights into the revised methodology.
