If you work in the UK nuclear sector, you’ve likely seen how inconsistent approaches can slow progress and make collaboration harder

Our free webinar brings together standards and industry voices to explain what’s happening in nuclear decommissioning standardization and why it matters to you.  You’ll hear how standards support safer, clearer and more consistent decommissioning activity and how you can get involved in shaping what comes next.

Webinar details

  • Date: Monday 13 July 2026
  • Time: 10:00-11:30 (BST)
  • Location: Online

What the webinar will cover:

  • The latest activity across nuclear decommissioning work within BSI and relevant technical committees.
  • Standards that have already been published, and what they’re designed to support.
  • Proposed standards in development, including where the priorities are heading.
  • Gaps in standardization, plus overlaps with other working groups and committees.
  • The wider UK nuclear decommissioning landscape and what it means for your organization.
  • A focused Q&A using questions submitted in advance, grouped for clarity.

Why you should attend

You’ll leave with a clearer view of what standards exist, what’s in development and how standardization can support better alignment across the nuclear decommissioning community.
