Sarah Walton
Sara Walton is Net Zero & Circularity Sector Lead at BSI. Her work has recently been focussed on supporting the sustainability needs of small and medium sized enterprises, including the publication of a new BSI code of practice Flex 3030 - Net Zero Transition Plans for SMEs. Sara also leads on the circular economy, climate change and adaptation and the impact these have on key sectors. Other notable areas of experience include risk management, resilience, quality management, health & safety and conformity assessment.

With over a decade of international experience across sustainability, carbon markets, and nature restoration, Sam brings an interdisciplinary lens that bridges science, policy, and practice.

Mike Jones is a pragmatic optimist, passionate about making sustainability practical and accessible. With eight years of experience across sustainable international development, affordable sustainable housing, community activation, and social enterprise, Mike supports organisations to decarbonise and invest in social value without complexity. Leading the team at 5D Net Zero, he combines hands-on project and technical experience to work in and alongside organisations, helping them get clarity, inspire action, and make an impact.
