Anthony Burd
Associate Director and Head of Built Environment, BSI 
Ant heads up the Built Environment Sector team at the National Standards Body. In addition to providing subject matter expertise and thought leadership he also oversees the identification of new areas of research, standardization and supporting product needs, via engagement with key stakeholders from across government and the wider sector. He also oversees the promotion of the standards portfolio to national and international marketplaces.
Chris Smith-Wong
Lead Standards development Manager, BSI
Chris specialises in fire safety, fire safety engineering, and alarm and detection systems. Christopher joined the Built Environment Sector in 2014 and has managed committees in a multitude of areas
Dan Rossiter
Built Environment Sector Lead, BSI
As part of his role within the British Standards Institution (BSI), Chartered Architectural Technologist Dan Rossiter provides subject matter expertise, thought leadership, and sector engagement around the digital transformation of the built environment.  In addition, beyond his role at BSI, Dan has been actively supporting the construction industry locally, nationally, and internationally for several years:
Ian Richardson
Built Environment Sector Lead, BSI
Ian is an experienced standards professional, having worked at BSI for over 18 years. Currently working as Sector Lead in the Built Environment area of BSI Knowledge Solutions, he has specific responsibility for the direction and development of key standards areas related to Building Safety, Quality, and Health & Safety, working with industry and government to identify and develop associated knowledge solutions.
Kara Ebanks
Senior Standards Manager, Built Environment, BSI
Kara has worked in academic and professional publishing for nearly 20 years, focussing on construction, health and safety publications.  She joined BSI in 2014, responsible for the oversight of standards for the built environment sector, specifically Eurocodes, digital construction and construction products.  
Simon Hamlet
Senior Standards Manager, Built Environment and Fire, BSI
Simon joined BSI in 2020, having previously worked in publishing, where he specialised in information for professionals in engineering and the law. He is responsible for the development of fire standards as well as standards in a variety of areas of the built environment, in particular construction equipment, construction materials and sustainable construction.
