What is this webinar about?

Data is driving greater flexibility, integration and efficiency in the energy sector, and could foster a more sustainable and resilient UK energy ecosystem as it transitions towards a low-carbon future.

But how? On 24 September, as part of Net Zero Week 2024, this free webinar will consider the opportunities and challenges posed by a digitalized energy system.

In particular, we'll examine the role standards can play in supporting innovation while also providing safeguards and assurance, particularly in the areas of data, AI and digital twin standardization.

Key sub topics will include:

  • energy data standards;
  • digital twin technology in the energy sector; and
  • artificial intelligence.
