Training is free and unlimited throughout your subscription and our team can accommodate time zones other than GMT. We have various training methods available to you:
- Self-service videos: Quick, bitesize training videos designed for both admins and end users. These step-by-step guides help you get started and explore key features of your platform at your own pace. You can access the videos here.
- Pre-set ‘virtual drop-in clinic’ webinars: Monthly 1-hour webinars delivered via Microsoft Teams, designed to troubleshoot issues and answer your questions after your subscription has gone live. Simply choose your preferred date and time from the booking link, and you’ll receive an email with your joining details.
- Personalized virtual training sessions: A bespoke 1-hour session delivered via Microsoft Teams, tailored specifically to your organization. A Product Training Specialist will walk you through the core functionality of your chosen BSI platform. Sessions are flexible and can be scheduled at a time that suits you and your team.
