Ms. McCaskill was the Project Lead for the work group that created the standard, and she will explain the rationale and need for a new healthcare quality management systems standard. She will further share interesting insights on the work group experts that wrote the standard, including their vision, values, and goals, and the rigorous process that was followed to create a truly consensus based global standard.
