Martin Baxter
Deputy CEO, ISEP and Chair of ISO TC 207 SC 1
Martin is Deputy CEO of the Institute of Sustainability and Environmental Professionals (ISEP) and serves on its Board. He works in the UK and internationally to drive the transition to a sustainable future. Martin chairs the ISO environmental management systems committee and has extensive experience in developing global and European standards. Additionally, Martin is a non-exec director with SocEnv and the Broadway Initiative, a visiting professor at Cranfield University, and holds an honorary doctorate from the University of Derby for his contribution to environmental sustainability.
Vanessa McCorquodale
BSI, Lead Standard Development Manager
Vanessa develops purposeful sustainability standards, particularly in environmental management. With 15+ years in the sector and qualifications in Carbon Management and Psychology, Vanessa is committed to a net zero future that supports fairness for all species and a thriving natural environment.
Emma Pye
SES/1/1 Chair
Emma Pye is a Chartered Environmentalist, Founder of PYE Management Ltd, and creator of Carbon Sherpa. With over 25 years’ experience, she has focused on embedding sustainability across construction, highways, and quarrying. She supports organisations in implementing environmental management systems, achieving ISO 14001 and PAS 2080 compliance, and developing climate adaptation strategies. Her work helps companies reduce their carbon footprints and strengthen their overall sustainability performance.
Andrew Marlow
Lead Technical UK Expert
Andrew Marlow, Chartered Environmentalist and founder of onePlanet Solutions and EMSmastery, brings deep experience across regulation, accreditation, auditing, and consultancy.
