If you design, specify, manufacture or interpret engineering drawings, you know how costly ambiguity can be

Misinterpretation leads to rework, delays, disputes and quality issues - often long after the design was signed off.

This free, expert‑led webinar helps you understand how BS 8888 supports clear, unambiguous technical communication, so your specifications can be interpreted consistently, correctly and internationally.

Webinar details

  • Date: Friday 8 May 2026
  • Time: 10.00 - 11.30 (BST)
  • Location: Online

Why this webinar matters to you:

BS 8888 is the UK’s framework standard for technical product specification and documentation. It brings together ISO GPS standards to ensure engineering specifications are complete, precise and unambiguous. But applying BS 8888 in practice isn’t always straightforward.

This webinar is designed to help you:

  • Remove uncertainty from  mechanical specification.
  • Reduce the risk of misinterpretation between design, manufacture and inspection.
  • Align your documentation with recognized best practice.
  • Improve consistency across teams, suppliers and global partners.
  • You’ll gain clarity on what BS 8888 is really asking you to do, and how to do it confidently.
